The seven levels of intellectual development as I have experienced them are : –
1. Truth assumed to be the Default when events in the world happen and are reported
2. Lies known to be Default when events in the world happen and are reported
3. Realization that Consciousness is a Force for Good
4. Acceptance that Everything is Energy in Some Form
5. Knowledge that Stellar Civilizations Abound
6. Realization that Frequencies Manage and Manifest Energy
7. Learn that Time travel & Space travel are Achieved by controlling the Mind
Most people are somewhere between levels 1 and 2.
Evolution begins in earnest at 3.
